The temperature is calculated according to EC 1991-1-5, 6.

Uniform temperature

Setting	Description
Uniform	Consider uniform temperature load (Yes/No).
Initial temperature	The default value of the initial temperature is considered by T₀=10°C (see EC, Appendix A, A.1 (3)).
Te,min, Te,max	Values of the minimum (T_e,min) and maximum (T_e,max) constant temperature part in relation to the minimum (T_min) and maximum (T_max) outside air temperature with respect to the selected structure type (steel, composite, concrete) (see EC 6.1.3.1, Figure 6.1). The values for the maximum negative (ΔT_N,neg) and maximum positive (ΔT_N,pos) variation of the constant temperature part are then calculated in relation to the initial temperature T₀ internally as (see EC 6.1.3.3): ΔT_N,neg = T_e,min – T₀ ΔT_N,pos = T_e,max – T₀

Linear temperature gradient

Setting	Description
Gradient	Consider temperature gradient (Yes/No).
Delta T - positive, Delta T - negative	Positive (ΔT_M,pos) and negative (ΔT_M,neg) linear temperature gradient with respect to the selected structure type (steel, composite, concrete) (see EC 6.1.4.1, Table 6.1).

Note: Correction factors for thickness of surfaces not included (see EC 6.1.4.1, Table 6.2).
